Contract Terms & Conditions

1. Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) per room per night for single or double occupancy.
2. The rates are nett.
3. The company reserves the right to adjust villa tariffs agreed within the contract period, by giving 30 days written notice.
4. Child & Third Adult Policy:

Child below 12 years of age is accommodated free of charges (without breakfast) when sharing exiting bedding with adults.

Extra mattress RM70.00 per mattress included breakfast.

Maximum occupancy in all villa types is 3 people

5. Meals:

Breakfast : RM35.00 nett / Lunch: RM50.00 nett / Dinner: RM60.00 nett

From 1st June 2011 until 31st March 2012

Children 2-12 years, 50% from the above rates.

6. Transfer:

K.Trg airport/ K.Trg - Terrapuri Penarik at RM180.00 per van or car. (45min)

Merang Jetty - Terrapuri Penarik at RM90.00 per van or car. (25min)

Kuala Besut Jetty - Terrapuri Penarik at RM230.00 per van or car. (45min)

7. Check In / Out Time:

Check In :14:00

Check Out :12:00 hrs

Rooms requiring a late check out to 18.00 hrs on the day are chargeable at 50 % off the contract rates. The full room rate will be charged in case of a late check out after 18.00 hrs.

8. Reservation:

All booking are to be made through the resort reservations office.

9. Term of Payment:

All remittance to the resort is to be made on prepayment basic, a 50% deposit is required at the time of confirm booking and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure. Please bank-in or TT to our company account and fax (60) 09 6228093 or email (sales@terrapuri.com) us the bank-in (TT) slip for our reference.

10. Cancellation Policy:

14-30 days before departure from arrival date 50% of the room rate or packaged rate will be charged.
13-07 days before departure from arrival date 70% of the room rate or packaged rate will be charged.
07 days or less to departure or after departure date 100% of the room rate or packaged rate will be charged

11. Validity

From 1st Jun 2011 until 31 March 2012
